Forget You, I Will

Forget you I will;
If you can ever forgive me.

Forget your habits I will;
If you can stop looking for me on the bed every morning.

Forget your gifts I will;
If you can ever quantify us in things.

Forget the ecstasy I will;
When you stop instinctively looking for my hug.

Forget your talks I will;
When you can look at the sky and not wish me beside.

Forget our walks I will;
If you find a shoulder as comfortable as mine.

Forget my hoodie I will;
If you can ignore my warmth when you wear it.

Forget my pain I will;
When you have as many sleepless nights as me.

Forget your memories I will;
If you could ever remember all the dandelions we picked.

Forget our time I will;
If you can tear our picture exactly in half.

Forget your scent I will;
If you can ever forget the feel of my nuzzle on your neck.

Forget your touch I will;
If you can let anyone else touch you.

Forget it all I will;
If you can forget the taste of my lips.

Forget your love I will;
If you can remove me from your past.

Forget you I will;
If you can ever forget me back.
